Played around with Haskell and want to find out what it's like doing "real stuff" with it?

For about the last 6 months I've been working as a full-time haskell developer for a Swedish startup. Before that I was a Java developer working in a London bank, who had only played around with Haskell, but loved it. There's been a lot to learn, and there's still a lot to learn. I love Haskell even more now.

So I wanted to talk about my experience as developer coming to Haskell; the good, bad and surprising. What our team has found Haskell has really helped us with, and where we found it frustrating - also the advice we would love to go back in time and tell ourselves.

Also I'm hoping we can just talk lots, so if you think of anything Haskell related you're curious about please come!
